We are pleased to announce a minor update to the REF Compliance Checker plugin with some valuable improvements to help institutions track and report on compliance. This includes: Item ID and Compliance columns have been added to the CSV report export to indicate the EPrint ID and a ‘Y’ or ‘N’ value to confirm whether or not the record is REF compliant The ‘REF Compliance – Exception’ reports now no longer display non-compliant records in green, incorrectly suggesting compliance.  Both non-compliant and exceptions records are now displayed in red A fix to the automatic embargo length calculation when the embargo length was not an exact numberRead More →

Last week the annual conference for the Association for Learning Technology (ALT) took place at the University of Warwick hosting over 400 delegates at the Arts Centre on the main campus. The conference followed a theme of Connect, Collaborate, Create with a diverse range of session topics including copyright policies, open practices, VLEs, collaboration in the creation of resources and a variety of research based activities. The University of Warwick will be hosting the Association for Learning Technology Annual Conference this year from September 6th – 8th and we are pleased to announce that Kelly Terrell, EPrints Open Education Lead will be attending as a presenter. The 11th International Conference of Repositories is fast approaching and once again our representatives from EPrints will be there. In response to user feedback we have been busy adding some further features to the REF Compliance Checker plugin which is now available to install.
