[EP-tech] Can't run testdata/bin/import_rand_data

Hi all,

I've been unable to get eprints 3.3?s import_rand_data working on RHEL 6, from a look because of the Lorum library. Before I spend more time trying to port it to something else I'm wondering if anyone else has had success using the tool and if it was on an old system like RHEL 6 or a newer platform like RHEL 7.

I documented what I have discovered so far in the wiki (The current version of that page refers to Text::Lorem::More which I?m considering as a replacement).
