[EP-tech] DataCite Doi Plugin
If you like to use that snippet then you have to manage utf8 both in
source and output text.
I just changed the code to
https://gist.github.com/eniocarboni/046a4d1231eb726f22716e5300dace41
I added the 2 lines:
use utf8;
binmode(STDOUT,'utf8');
