Hi Adam,

There's one more problem that I think is very important. Google-search's links to the wiki (originating from the old wiki) are different then those existing in the new wiki. Eg google shows:

http://wiki.eprints.org/w/Branding_with_confidence

wereas the new page is at:

https://wiki.eprints.org/w/index.php/Branding_with_confidence

Which means that whoever follows these links they don't get to the right page.

Is there a configuration where you can edit it so as to not have to include index.php in the uri? If not, maybe we could use mod_rewrite for this...

OK, I've disabled user registration.  New registrations will have to be done by hand by admins...

I've rolled back to when it was upgraded, meaning we've lost any changes over the last few days, but it now looks like the wiki, and all the spam accounts and edits have been erased.

Hi All

       The wiki has been upgraded and migrated to a new server.  Hooray!

       One improvement is that login is done via https, but I haven't been able to sort out a proper certificate yet.  You may get a cert warning when you log in.

       Finally, authentication is now done locally rather than via EPrints LDAP.  You will need to use the 'forgot password' link to access your accounts.
