Also a mailing list is a good option, so you can search on archives too.

Hi

I've taken a look in the plugin ( EPrints::Plugin::Screen::EPrint::RequestRemoval ), and it's hard-coded that the message goes to the editorial contact or the repository administrator. It should be a fairly simple matter to subclass this plugin and change the emailing behaviour.

I would suggest that a simpler option would be to have a word with your organisational email expert and ask him about creating an email address that forwards to three of you. That way any email that goes to the repository admin address can be handled in any way you like.

	Best Wishes

Hi,

I have a working EPrints installation where there are 3 users with the
role of "Repository Administrator", however when a user request an item
removal only one of those three users gets the notification email from
EPrints (the same user that his email is listed under
'archive/<myarchive>/cfg/cfg.d/adminemail.pl'.

Any ideas how to allow other users that are also repository
administrators to get this type of email?

Thanks
