[EP-tech] misconfigured or failed upgrade to 3.4.1?

Hi all,

any idea where to start digging for reason(s) after
Software error:
Can't locate object method "problems" via package "EPrints::Plugin::InputForm::Component::Field::Subject" at /usr/share/eprints/perl_lib/EPrints/Workflow/Stage.pm line 108.

This error occurs after trying to edit any item on an instance running pub flavour.
