[EP-tech] validation on upload field

Hello,
is there a way to put something like a validation control in an upload field?

I have this problem, sometimes I have to migrate an archive to a centralized one, there are always users that use empty spaces or special chars in filenames, and this break migrations process.

Is there a way to refuse files named like:

my first paper.2017.pfd

or

feed'em all.pdf

or

hello world everyday.pdf

and force users to use right filenames?
