[EP-tech] Adding Licences and Types

No worries!

To those interested readers, here's a top-tip for namedsets:

You can control which values appear from the workflow, by specifying an 'options' attribute on the field.

This will offer all defined thesis types:

    <component><field ref="thesis_type" required="yes" /></component>
but this will only offer 'PhD' and 'MPhil':
    <component><field ref="thesis_type" required="yes" options="phd,mphil" /></component>

I find this useful when repo staff may need access to historic options, but normal users should be doing things by current standards.

These then have to have phrases defined for the values you added.

I know I've done this before but it's been well over a year and I'm drawing a blank - where do you find the XML files in EPrints to add new Licenses for documents and Types for records?
