[EP-tech] Advanced Search finds creators only is name is in latin-1

Seems that simple search and advance search working differently. When I am
searching for a creator name, in simple search I get result but when I am
trying to find the same name in advance search (Field "Creators:") I get no
results no matter what option I choose.
