I’m adding the line (Include /usr/share/eprints/cfg/apache.conf) to the .conf file which is causing the issue; when I remove the line everything starts up fine. I can’t see anything obvious in the error log so I’m not sure it’s something I’m missing – it has been nearly a year since I last set up EPrints!
