[EP-tech] Problems with configuration changes [NIC]

Hi.

Our IT guys installed EPrints for us, and gave me Admin rights/permissions to the system. The changes I made were very basic. I replaced the logo and changed the repository name. Interestingly the changes appeared on the site the following day.

Do you have any ideas as to what the problem might be?
