[EP-tech] Re: Permissions for eprints bazaar


Does your server have outgoing internet access?

We had an issue previously that was fixed by adding the correct proxy settings to allow outgoing connections. I think the Bazaar displayed some form of '500' error.

Access to EPrints Bazaar is read-only for installing plugins, so that's 
not going to be the actual problem.

I suspect its more likely to be a file-system permissions thing.... can 
you give us the full message?
