[EP-tech] Re: Configuring EPrints for SWORD deposit

Hi All,

We have been working on a class and a form that should make it dead easy for academics to deposit.

If you want to test out our work right now, all you need is a demoprints account, and visit this actual working implementation at: https://library.wit.ie/depositforms/demoprints.php

Have fun.

David Kane and I wrote a little PHP SWORD client for EPrints version 3.3.9
and later. You can check it out here:

It works for me and David, so with some PHP and EPrints background you
should be able to make it work (famous last words). This is SWORD v2, by
the way, which is the correct version for EPrints 3.3.x.

You may find the documentation a little, ahem, thin - but shoot us an
email if you have questions.
