Hi David, 

Perhaps you need to :

(1) create a benchmark (Manage records > REF Benchmarks > ... )
(2) give yourself the role "ref/select" (Profile > Edit > Roles)
(3) affiliate your account with a UoA (Profile > REF Staff Information >
UoA)

Could you give this a try (or let me know if you have done this already)?
