I have a quick question about the newly released REF2014 plug-in.

From the INSTALL file in the downloaded package, I could only see a traditional way of installation. I thought it would be available in the BAZAAR in the version 3.3.8 but unfortunately seems not. Is it true? Thanks a lot!
