[EP-tech] Display Issue: Subject Repeating on Home Screen Edit Item

CAUTION: This e-mail originated outside the University of Southampton.
Hai all.

I am experiencing an issue with the display for the subject part as described below. The subject only exists once in the admin section, but on the home screen display under 'Edit item,' it appears twice.

I have attempted to edit the Subject Name, but the two displays remain the same.

How can I resolve this issue?
