[EP-tech] Error on New Metadata Field

CAUTION: This e-mail originated outside the University of Southampton.
Dear all, I added a new field from Manage Metadata Fields - Eprints page. with type subjects. After i added the field in workflow, the system show Internal Server Error with error log
