[EP-tech] Mendeley Web Import and Eprints

 I read mendeley support the eprints meta tags, so web import should
work. I've tried with some eprints from our reposiroties and also from
soton one, and it does not work. We've asked to Mendeley if there are
some problems but maybe also eprints.org should do the same.
