The triggers have a 'priority'- which is defined after the main body of the trigger. Make sure that you don't set a return value for a trigger if you want all other triggers (of that type) to run too (if that doesn't make sense, I can explain in more detail).

$c->add_dataset_trigger has some order or doing multiple add_dataset_trigger() are executed in random?
