[EP-tech] Eprints 3.4 redirect loops

Hello,

I have a problem after upgrading to Eprints 3.4 and then enable HTTPS.

Everything works fine on the Internet, however, on the local network,
eprints create a redirect loops for /eprints/cgi/users/home.

The server is currently running CentOS 7 with Apache web server. It has
two ethernet interfaces. One is for the Internet (you can access it
here: eprints.uet.vnu.edu.vn), while the other is for the local network.

We have a local DNS server which will resolve this address to a local address.
When I access Eprints through the local network it always create the redirect loops.

This is the output of curl when I ran it on the local network:

curl -vso /dev/null https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Feprints.uet.vnu.edu.vn%2Feprints%2Fcgi%2Fusers%2Fhome%2F&data=01%7C01%7Ceprints-tech%40ecs.soton.ac.uk%7Cfac3197fd46844c83c1308d6b113012a%7C4a5378f929f44d3ebe89669d03ada9d8%7C0&sdata=HJ5zvZpxjZN79uUQipjQ5iggwYzQt%2BUW7hza1L5YWBc%3D&reserved=0 (ends with slash)

I don't know why there is the redirect loop. Please help me.
Thank you.
