Re: [EP-tech] paper discussing repository harvesting by google scholar

Dear all,

Speaking of Google Scholar... Does anyone here know any way how to reach
them for support, or perhaps could share an email of some person there
who is able to provide technical assistance?

They suddenly stopped indexing our repository at elib.dlr.de months ago
(possibly as a result of our http to https switch) and despite
resubmissions and attempts to get a response from them via
scholar-support@google.com, I received no human reply. (Googlebot seems
to be making the same call to our OAI2 interface once every day and
giving up shortly after that.)
