[EP-tech] https://researchdata.bath.ac.uk/ site template

It wasn't done using templates. If you want to discuss permissions, it's best to email the current team on research-data at bath.ac.uk.

It was done by taking a Bootstrap 3 theme and chucking styles at it until it looked the way I wanted. I was working on an improved approach but didn't finish before I left the team.

If you are trying to "bootstrap" your EPrints, I'd suggest that the Bath approach is not the best one to take - the bootstrap plugin below is a more useful approach - I did successfully install it in a dev environment, but can't recall how.
