[EP-tech] Please help me

i have problem with IRstats2 configuration.

irstats2 does not display data.
I've followed the instructions at https://eprints.github.io/irstats2/install.html. but at a stage

perl / opt / eprints3 / archives / REPO_ID / bin / stats / process_stats REPO_ID 1> / dev / null 2> / dev / null

and

/ opt / eprints3 / archives / REPO_ID / bin / stats / process_stats REPO_ID --setup --verbose

I am having trouble because it appears an error while running

/ opt / eprints3 / archives / REPO_ID / bin / stats / process_stats REPO_ID --setup --verbose

and

perl / opt / eprints3 / archives / REPO_ID / bin / stats / process_stats REPO_ID 1> / dev / null 2> / dev / null


other than that IRSTATs2 can not display data
