this can be a way to replace perl_url with securehost when EPrints_secure is yes.
beware that the name get_baseurl is used in Document.pm for baseurl for the document!

Error. $screen->render should be sub-classed for EPrints::Plugin::Screen::SetLang=HASH(0x55f7dcc88da8).
But next clique on any menu change the language of the site without any error
