[EP-tech] Missing templates/default.xml

Hello,

Could you tell me how to install file default.xml in my
eprints templates directory?

I cannot find any information what to put into cfg/en/templates
directory.

In the install eprints-XXXX.tar.gz archive the cfg
folder is empty.
