You should take a look at your file system permissions.   Wherever EPrints is installed, it must have write permission for the apache user -- this will likely either be apache or www-data, depending on your distribution.

You’ll need to change the names of the files on disk as well as in the XML export.  I’d probably approach this will perl or shell scripting.

I was wrong, I change the url with filepath and use the option "--enable-file-imports"
