[EP-tech] Different number of "Under review"

Hi, Just curious on different number of "Under review" between:

1. Admin - Search Items - Under review
    Displaying results 1 to 20 of 691


2. Admin - System tools - status - items (Under review items)
    Admin – system tools – status – item :  699

Why there is difference between these two number?
Anyone have the same situation?
