[EP-tech] Re: Unable to upload file to an existing eprint

Not being able to upload files is usually either:

	* File permissions
	* SELinux

Can you check the ownership of the eprints tree in general and the documents tree in particular, then compare this with the user apache is running as.  Also check SELinux is configured correctly.   Here's a hint in the documentation:
