[EP-tech] Antwort: Re: Fix Mobile Usability Issues
Adam,
what has happened to the Bootstrap Bazaar plugin that was promised in
January at the London UG meeting?
We are and probably others as well are strongly interested to have such a
plugin upon that we can build further and not to have to reinvent the
wheel individually.
As you may know, Google is down-ranking websites that are not mobile
friendly because in 10 countries, there are now more search queries from
mobile devices than from desktop computers (see
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/Google-Mehr-mobile-als-Desktop-Suchabfragen-2635987.html
) . They offer also a test tool:

Best regards,
Martin

Do you have a local web developer who can take a look at this. There's no
reason it can't be made more mobile-friendly.

It states that the characters are very small for a mobile phone.

Mobile usability in EPrints has more to do with the template
EPrints
is embedded in that EPrints per se. I've had a look at your
site and
it seems fairly responsive (layout changes as the window gets
smaller). With such a vague message, it's hard to know what to
do
with it.

Hi All..
A few days ago I receive messages from google like this:
"We?ve found critical mobile usability issues in pages on

can severely
affect the user experience of your site. Pages with
mobile usability
issues may be ranked lower in Google search results on

Please help to resolve the issue. Thanks..
