[EP-tech] Re: Multi field collapse

I can't get it to work, though parts of the code imply that it should (see https://github.com/eprints/eprints/blob/3.3/perl_lib/EPrints/Plugin/InputForm/Component/Field/Multi.pm#L233 ).  I shall raise this as a bug report with the dev team.
