[EP-tech] ep-issues error with items having huge amount of authors

hi

with items having a lot of authors (200!)
i.e. http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/JHEP10(2013)189 (takes a while!)

the daily issues_audit rises an mysql error:

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Row size too large (> 8126). Changing
some columns to TEXT or BLOB or using ROW_FORMAT=DYNAMIC or
ROW_FORMAT=COMPRESSED may help. In current row format, BLOB prefix of
768 bytes is stored inline. at
