Thanks for your reply.

Already check but there's nothing new at my Home page.
As you suggest check also my apache error_log file. Got 66k line there and I search anything by 'multiline' but got nothing. Try 'epm' but don't think its related.
The only file include in this package was multiline_excel.pl, so I check its already in our repo cfg.d folder. Change its permission and run generate_view and restart apache also got nothing.

If there is anywhere that I can look at more please advise. I need the export function on this plugin.
Appreciate your suggestion.

On your home, click on "import items" and select multiline excel from "Select import format".

Ig you don't have one, check the error log, maybe you missed some perl dependencies. Check the source of the plugin, you should see the dependencies there or in the error log of Apache.
