[EP-tech] Re: Web of science citation service

Hi Paolo

Yes, I've been receiving this error since early Monday morning (UTC+10).  I have a support case with Thomson Reuters and they are working on it.  I'll post any progress back to this list.

it's since July, 28 that  our job that catch citations with Web of science service can't login

(This is the error :  Warning: Unable to authenticate to Web of Science: The given SOAPAction # does not match an operation.)

Someone else has noticed this problem ?
