[EP-tech] Re: Browse Views Error



I know that this is going way too back but I still haven't found a  
solution for the reason why "Create by Authors" is not displayed so if  
someone can help me I appreciate!

Is it normal when I run

perl Normalize.pm

to get the following error:

Unicode::Normalize: CompExcl.txt not found in ........
