[EP-tech] Re: "Event Tracking" in Google Analytics

That helps with document downloads from the summary page but not direct downloads from other sites, I think this can be done with GA using server-side techniques, eg, something based on this https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/other/mobileWebsites
