[EP-tech] Perl Error

hello there..
i got this error when trying To create the indexer service entries (EPrints 3.3+)
i do download that dll file and put into System32 but the error still occur..
i'm using windows 7 x64
i'm using:
ActivePerl 5.10.1
Apache 2.2
and mySQL 5.5.22.0
got any idea on this..??
can u suggest the perfect package (apache, mysql and perl version) to run latest EPrints 3.3.8.
