[EP-tech] Urgent: Subject & Division Count Mismatch and Category-Wise Display Issues

Dear Team,

This is to bring to your notice that the repository is currently showing count mismatch issues in multiple areas:

  1. Browse by Division and Year:

    • Total counts are not displaying correctly.

    • The counts shown under each division and sub-division are incorrect.

  2. Browse by Subject:

    • Overall subject count is not displayed.

    • Category-wise item counts are mismatching compared to the division counts.

    • Some subjects and categories are not reflecting the correct number of items.

These inconsistencies are causing confusion for users and affecting data validation. Kindly check the configuration and indexing for both subjects and divisions, and regenerate/update the necessary views to fix the display and count issues.

Please update us once the corrections are applied or if any additional information is required from our end.
