Did you have a stats job that you had to kill at some point?

 

Is there an 'access.lock' row in the irstats2_internal table?

 

The message comes from:

EPrints::Plugin::Stats::Processor::Access

and is generated when EPrints::Plugin::Stats::Handler::lock_dataset  returns false.

This is in turn because EPrints::Plugin::Stats::Handler::get_internal_value, which stores/retrieves things from the irstats2_internal table.

 

Any of the help at all?

Hi all,

I’m trying to update the stats on our new servers but every time I run the job I get the message

 

Dataset 'access' is currently locked by another process.

 

Any clues what might be locking it – I’m rather confused now.
