Re: [EP-tech] Issue setting up IRStats

Hi Andrew,

Did you install IRStats via the Bazaar?  It sounds like you’re missing bits of the plugin which should be in [EPRINTS_ROOT]/lib/plugins/EPrints/Plugin/Stats/

(specifically Handler.pm )  which should have been installed by the bazaar.

Subject: [EP-tech] Issue setting up IRStats

Hello all!

I’m trying to get IRStats set up on my new EPrints server, however I’m running into an issue. I’ve got the plugin installed okay but when I come to fire off the setup process (bin/stats/process_stats REPO_ID –setup –verbose) I’m getting an error that basically sums up to:

Plugin ‘Stats::Handler’ not found

FTAL ERROR: Stats handler (Stats::Handler.pm) not available

I presume this is down to a specific perl module not being installed, however when I’ve tried installing it under CPAN I can’t seem to find the correct module.

Any thoughts?

Andrew
