Hi USP Research, The fields shown in that list cover the underlying fields.
Any of the fields that are linked should appear somewhere in the workflow for that item e.g. 'thesis_type' (normally) wouldn't appear in the workflow for a journal article, but it would
appear for a thesis. Clicking the link should take you to the field at the appropriate stage of the workflow. If a field isn't linked, it means it isn't present in the workflow. If you want to be able to add data to a field you need to add it to the workflow, https://wiki.eprints.org/w/Workflow_Format
. The workflow file is located: <eprints root>/archives/<archiveid>/cfg/workflows/eprint/default.xml Hope that helps! John From: eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk [mailto:eprints-tech-bounces@ecs.soton.ac.uk]
On Behalf Of Generic Email for Research Office Hi I just want to know what the below means and where I can find those fields marked if I want to add them to my eprints? Picture
attached. Regards USP Research |
