Add full_text_status to your search form.

This is set to public (all docs public), restricted (at least one doc restricted) or none (no docs).

So ticking None will restrict your search to metadata only records.

All,

I’ve been asked if there is a way in the advanced search form to search for items that are strictly metadata vs. items that have full text associated with them.  What we are looking for is a checkbox/radio button/dropdown option in the advanced search form.

I’m assuming it has something to do with the documents Meta fields but looking for some hints or if there is something obvious that I have probably missed.

Any suggestions?

We are currently running EPrints 3.2.8

Thanks,

Brian.
