[EP-tech] Re: Browse pages


The main processing (I think) happens here:

perl_lib/EPrints/Update/Views.pm

and have a look at views_render_items_example.pl and views_render_menu_example.pl in cfg.d for further information on customisation options, but I agree with the bit about it being twisty and complex!

We're looking at the same stuff here.
(our problem is the 10 minutes to re-render a page means the server basically gets overloaded by google crawling the pages)

PS - what version of EPrints are you using?
