The default ownership and group is eprints.eprints. If the default is
being used then the ownership and group of the Apache should also be
eprints.eprints.

On the other hand, if you had used the --with-user option while
configuring the eprints software then the ownership and group of the
Apache should be same as the one that you had used while configuring
eprints software.
