[EP-tech] Re: SystemSettings.pm not generated by EPrints 3.3.12 tar.gz installer

It's also good practice to "diff" lib/defaultcfg/ with 
archives/<id>/cfg/ to make sure you're not missing out some new features 
/ config options.
