[EP-tech] Re: Windows install University of Winnipeg repositories

Hi,

It looks like ActiveState Perl 5.16 has all of the dependencies already
available, so I suggest trying a newer version. If it works could you
update the Wiki page to remove the notes about uwinnipeg?
