[EP-tech] Re: irstats stopped working out of the blue

The first step would be to make sure that new data is being written to the access table, e.g., that there are rows with a datestamp after 21/09. If there is data in the access table then the problem is likely with IRStats.

Hi List,

 

I’ve noticed that irstats has stopped gathering download statistics out of the blue. I have statistics up to early on Friday 21st Sept and nothing since. How can I check irstats is still working and, if necessary, restart it? The daily cron job is still running.
