would you please tell me exact commands to create another admin user in ubuntu linux?and in which directory should these commands be used?

Not sure if there is a command line password recovery.

I'm the administrator of my eprints repository and have a problom with it. I want to customize my repository but i have missed my administrator user and password. how can I reset administrator account in eprints via command line Interface or other?and how can enabale emailing possibility in eprints?
