You need to tell us what the errors are: for example, are there any messages in apache's error logs?

When you say "unable to access html links [...]", what errors do you get?

Is modperl installed and enabled on your system?

What happens if you access "http://your_repository_url/cgi/counter"; ?

Kind regards,
Seb.

Replace with:

NameVirtualHost *:80
Include /var/lib/eprints3/cfg/apache.conf and restart.

Can you show us your apache conf, at least the bit where you include
eprints' conf files?

Also, do you have modperl installed?

Hi

the link for the respective pages such as Latest addition, login, create new user, search repository, browse repository, browse by author, browse by subject etc are giving broken link and not able to access. However, the two links such as "About this Repository and Repository Policies are active. It means that the files linked with or located in the base directory are active whereas the files located in other than the root directories are not active. Is it due to absolute link path or virtual path? where can I make correctin for login, create new user, search repository...etc.. pages.

Moreover. on the repository index page, the server gives broken link for "Latest addition, search repository and browse repository, Login page, create account etc. whereas for the link is active for "About this repository and Repositories policies". It means that the link is active for the files located in the base directory in which the index page exists. Whereas, the pages located other than the base directory are not active.(e.g.) cgi, views etc. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Many more thanks in advance.
