[EP-tech] Eprints error

Hi all. In apache log always see this message.

Eprints work's normally. Just didn't create thumb for new items, but ImageMagick work ok.

FreeBSD 9
Apache 2.2.22 mod_perl/2.0.5 Perl/v5.12.4
MySQL 5.5.20 
Please help me to fix this error.
