[EP-tech] Re: multilang elements: language field

Hello Denis,

thank you very much. But in my case I also like to upload files in more than the supported languages for the repository. For example: We support two languages for the repository and 20 different languages for the uploaded files. So when I define only the two supported languages for the repository in the file "../archiveID/cfg/namedsets/languages" than I only have the possibility to upload files with those two languages. Is that right?

Best regards

Antje

Hi Antje,

you should edit the file "../archiveID/cfg/namedsets/languages" and add only the languages you want to support, in your case just the ones defined in ../archiveID/cfg/cfg.d/languages.pl.
note that this is very useful as in cases like mine, we have 6 official languages, but we have documents submittend in more than 250 languages!

best,
Denis
